A double Pot Still, American Single Malt that is proofed with Eldorado Springs water and made using 100% Malted barley, grown in the UK, malted at Muntons Malt in the UK. This is a lightly peated, fruity and complex single malt whiskey that is sure to please.
Nose:
Notes of limestone, pencil, and orange blossom.
Palate:
Heather, meringue, ginger and apple with a supple, full body.
Finish:
A wonderful finish of croissant, sourdough, and bright, young raspberry.
