Rémy Martin is a renowned French cognac house established in 1724 by Rémy Martin, a winemaker from the Cognac region of France. The brand is distinguished for exclusively producing cognac from grapes grown in the highest-quality vineyards of Cognac, specifically from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne areas, which are known for their exceptional terroir. These regions are officially classified as Fine Champagne, and at least 50% of the cognac blend must come from Grande Champagne in order for a cognac to receive this designation.
Rémy Martin VSOP is a quintessential example of Fine Champagne Cognac, appreciated for its depth and complexity, making it suitable for both sipping and cocktail recipes.
Nose:
It features an aromatic harmony of powerful elegance with prominent notes of vanilla, dried apricot, and candied pear, creating a rich and inviting olfactory experience
Palate:

Finish:
The cognac concludes with a long and smooth finish, marked by soft notes of spices and a touch of woodiness, which rounds off the tasting experience.
Awards:
Rémy Martin VSOP has been recognized with a Gold Medal at the Spirits Business Cognac Masters in 2010. It also received accolades at the Bartender’s Brand Awards 2023 and The Cognac Masters 2023, both awarding it a gold.
