Stambecco

Stambecco Amaro is an Italian bittersweet liqueur known for its rich infusion of Maraschino cherries and a blend of 30 botanicals, including sweet and bitter oranges, spices, and herbs. This unique Amaro is crafted at the Torino Distillati in Piedmont, Italy, by master distillers Beppe Ronco and Denis Muni, who are renowned for their expertise in creating Vermouths and Aperitivos. The name "Stambecco" refers to the ibex (a type of mountain goat) native to the Italian Alps near the distillery. The amaro is highlighted for its smooth, fruity, and rounded flavour, making it suitable for enjoying neat, on the rocks, or as a component in various cocktails​.
