Double-distilled from Springfield Cabernet Sauvignon lees (racked after 12 months in French oak) and then matured for 5 years in re-toasted ex-brandy cask. Gorgeous golden colour. A symphony of vanilla, dark berries and chocolate. Silky smooth and long lasting finish. 40% Alc.
