The Brunch Club Methode Ancestrale 2024 is the seventh sparkling wine release by Maanschijn. From knowledge gained in previous years, the latest vintage expresses the Maanschijn narrative of producing and ancient style sparkling wine with stellar balance, freshness and delicate flavours. The mousse is clean, elegant and fine, and the palate highlights restraint with its bone-dry finish, and aromas of pome fruit, mandarin, fennel and granadilla.
