Nose: The 2016 Grand Bouquet Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut shows itself ripe, juicy and with a beautiful bouquet of ripe quince, vineyard peach, orange flesh, orange zest, camomile, oyster shell and dried pastries.
