Former agricultural estate of the Ursulines of Beaucaire from the 16th century, the estate owes its name to the nuns called "Mourgues" in Provençal. As for the Sandstone, it is the Galets des Costières de Nîmes that give our wines all their character. In the estate's courtyard, the sundial's Latin motto SINE SOLE NIHIL (Nothing Without Sun) celebrates the Mediterranean climate. It offers beautiful maturities for naturally gourmet wines. In the vineyards as in the cellar, all our actions are guided by listening to Nature, respecting the terroir and the Environment. Our official certification in Organic Agriculture in 2014 and the management of the vineyard in Biodynamics on the entire estate respond to these convictions. Since 2015, vinification has been carried out without sulfur for greater purity and brilliance of the fruit. A light addition and a very light filtration at bottling ensure the stability of the wines. May these bottles accompany tasty moments of sharing and conviviality!

Aging for 18 to 24 months is mainly done in vats, in order to preserve all the aromas of the fruit and the imprint of the terroir.

Its low yields (35 to 40 hectoliters per hectare) give the wine its remarkable concentration. A third of the wine goes into tuns and barrels, to refine the most structured closures.
