This Chenin Blanc pairs well with creamy cheeses like Brie or Camembert, as well as seafood dishes such as seared scallops or grilled fish. It also complements rich poultry dishes and root vegetable gratins​

The 2023 vintage of Landscape Series Elodie Chenin Blanc was meticulously produced using grapes sourced from two distinct dry land Swartland bushvine blocks. Thirty percent of the fruit came from the Jakkalsfontein vineyard, known for its granite soils and vines planted in 1981. The remaining 70% hailed from Nuweland, characterized by its iron-rich soils and vines planted in 1982.

All fruit was whole bunch pressed and 100% wild fermented. A small part of the wine, about 10% of the blend, was fermented and aged in clay amphorae, while the rest was fermented and matured in older 400-and 500L barrels. The wine spent nine months on its lees before blending and bottling.
