They will climb up massive trees to reach sunlight for survival and reproduction. If the vine is tended and managed optimally, it produces delicious grapes. Pinot Gris is a pink skinned variety famous for producing crisp White Wines in Northern-Italy, Pinot Grigio (IT). Sourced from poor sandy soils, yielding small, concentrated bunches and berries for maximum flavour and aroma.

A minimalist approach to winemaking with natural fermentation in large 500L Old French Oak Barrels and 12-month maturation on fine lees. Refined and elegant, this wine is fruit focussed, a pure expression of its terroir and the hands guiding it. No fining, only light filtration. Harmless natural wine crystals may occur.
