Five generations of passionate winemakers have contributed to making Landskroon one of Paarl’s leading wine brands. The current cellarmaster, Paul de Villiers, proudly continues this heritage as the 5th generation of the family at Landskroon. Paul runs the estate with his brother, Hugo, and cousins, Madelief and Huguette.

18 months -80% French oak and 20% American oak. New barrel component is 60% and the rest 2nd fill barrels.

Specially selected grapes from different vineyard blocks on the farm were harvested at 24.5°B, destemmed and transferred to open fermentation tanks. After the addition of selected yeasts, the juice, together with the skins, were allowed to ferment at controlled temperatures of 25°-28°C
