Crafted by Perdeberg Cellar, situated at the foothills of the Paardeberg Mountain in Paarl, Lighthearted Wines embody the essence of mindful enjoyment. Grapes were harvested early morning. Skin contact was given for a few hours to extract flavour from the skins. Only free run juice was used. The juice was cleared by flotation, racked and inoculated with yeast. After alcoholic fermentation was completed, the wine was racked and SO2 was added to preserve the wine until it was ready to be bottled.
