Real wine — limited intervention in the cellar, natural fermentations and native yeasts — genuine stuff with some real personality. No gimmicks, just well-crafted wines from the world’s oldest soil. A blend of grapes from 5 different parcels - Orangerie, Hillside, Kasteelsig, Paarderberg & Waterval - All dotted across the Swartland & made whole by their togetherness.

The combination of juice, 7 blissful days on skins and some cherishing, the whole greater than the sum of its parts. Destemmed, natural ferment & 7 days skin contact. Cellared 6 months old French oak, 225L/500L barrels. Lightly filtered, unfined & minimal SO2 (40PPM)
