Our MCC is delicious alone, but even better when smartly partnered up with a delicious bite. Enjoy with Eggs Benedicts for brunch or freshly shucked oysters, smoked salmon or a fresh West Coast Crayfish on the braai. Other pairing include (but never limited to): Linguini with Salmon, Prawns and Fennel, Kingklip Ceviche Springbok Carpaccio with caper berries and Parmesan shavings.

Our approach is classic, with a modern touch, We hand-select our grapes in the vineyards and once in the cellar we release their true inner character in a traditional way, combined with modern techniques, triggering all five senses: The Element, The Emotion, The Land, The Light and The People.
