The range of wines are designed to be fresh, pure, fruit driven, light and accessible with all the fundamentals of premium wine whilst still showcasing the unique profile from the Elgin Valley.

4 months on the lees to create texture and mouthfeel on the mid-palate.

Each vineyard from each farm is brought in separately. 80% of the grapes received 4 hours skin contact before pressing. 20% are fermented on the skins for 5 – 10 days. Settling overnight. 90% Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank 10% in small 900L eggs.
