The grapes are sourced from select vineyards in the Durbanville region, known for its cool climate and fertile soils, which contribute to the wine's distinctive character.

The wine is aged in oak barrels for a period that allows for optimal integration of flavors and development of a harmonious profile.

After careful harvesting, the grapes undergo fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their aromatic qualities. The wine is then matured in oak barrels to enhance complexity and impart subtle oak nuances.
