The grapes are hand-picked, with individual sorting of bunches and berries to ensure only the best quality fruit is reserved for this wine.

Approximately 18 months in small French and American oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle before release.

Fermentation takes place in small, open stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured in small French and American oak barrels for about 18 months before blending and bottling. The bottled wine is given a further six months’ rounding off before release.
