Domaine du Clos du Fief

We have been winegrowers for 4 generations, free and passionate about GAMAY. The most important thing for us is the life of the soil, of our terroirs: the more alive the soil, the more generous the vine. This is why we favour grassing and limited tillage under the rows. We advocate plot-by-plot and traditional vinification to develop, in our wines, the best expression of the terroirs and the "vintage effect."
