On the palate
A perfectly balanced cuvée, with delicate minerality, a lovely bouquet of ripe white fruit, pineapple, butterscotch, nougat, brioche and fresh toast. A gourmet champagne with length, substance and all the elegance and silkiness of Chardonnay. At first sight, a floral expression alongside the aromatic complexity of almond and toast. A refined and assertive development. The texture is fine, precise and fused with a silky, delicate fatness, carrying notes of citrus flesh and figs enlivened by a hint of eucalyptus. A savoury, saline finish.
