The 2023 Herbarium Cape Red characterises the vintage conditions in an eloquent and restrained manner. A gorgeous ruby hue belies the thoughtful winemaking and the palate experience affirms this. Delicate and floral aromatics lead to a vivid spectrum of red fruits, charcuterie, earth and fynbos. In the palate, the feeling is firm and fresh, with the supple core showcasing a wine with moreish appeal.
