The 2023 Herbarium Cape White is the fourth release under this label. A warm stretch during the ripening period lends wonderful concentration and palate weight from the individual components. As a whole, the blend is vibrant and poised, possessing verve and charm, with nuances of key lime, nectarine peach and thatch, Harmony may also be found between the subtle salinity, tension and texture.
