Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial is a champagne with a deep gold color and glints of gold. The nose is complex, featuring an explosion of tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, followed by the roundness of stone fruits such as mirabelle plum and apricot, with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth and lively, with dense tropical fruit notes of pineapple and passion fruit, transitioning to the firm and silky flavors of stone fruits, and finishing with the invigorating freshness of grapefruit.

Nectar Impérial is crafted using a blend of the three main grape varieties: Pinot Noir (40-50%), Meunier (30-40%), and Chardonnay (10-20%). This blend reflects the diversity and complementarity of these varietals, contributing to the champagne's structure, body, and freshness. The wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged for 18 months in the cellar before a dosage of 45 grams per liter of sugar is added, classifying it as a Demi-Sec champagne.
