Our Verdelho is grown in koffiekliprich soil found anchored on the foot slopes of the Helderberg Mountain. Our Chenin blanc is located in our exceptional Paarl vineyard, our old vine Palomino is grown in Piekenierskloof sandstone, Alvarinho on gravel in Wellington and Fernão Pires is from the gravelly soils located along the Breede River.

The wine was allowed to mature on lees for 9 months prior to bottling, unfiltered.

The grapes were delicately whole bunch pressed and naturally fermented 2nd fill and older French oak barrels, only the free run juice was used.
