This wine pairs excellently with herb-crusted lamb, making it a perfect companion for a braai (barbecue).

Miles Mossop Wines burst onto the scene in 2004 when the first wines were made: Max 2004 and Saskia 2004. Max is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Petit Verdot and more recently Malbec and Saskia a blend of Chenin blanc Viognier and more recently Clairette blanche. Later in 2009 a third wine was introduced the Kika 2009 a botrytised wine made in the Noble Late Harvest style from 100% Chenin blanc.

The grapes are sourced from carefully selected vineyard sites in Stellenbosch, expressing the region's terroir.

The wine was bottled in November 2023 and will develop beautifully over 3-6 years from the harvest, with a drinking window extending to 2029​.

The grapes are hand-picked and fermented using natural yeast in open-top wooden and stainless steel fermenters. Fermentation lasts up to three weeks, followed by aging for 20 months in older 400L and 225L French oak barrels to retain the freshness and purity of the fruit. No new oak is used​.
