Wildeberg Wines, a place to which good things come and from which great things flow, is located against the majestic Franschhoek mountain, affectionately called ‘that wild mountain’. Here the barrel hall is busily bubbling away with wild ferments whilst this winery forms the next evolutionary phase.With have sublime accommodation for guests, and a tasting room boasting arguably the most breathtaking scenic views in the hemisphere, Wildeberg is the place to see. If the abiding memory of our wines remains a textural sense of place then we are portraying the Cape as hoped.

The wine spent 24 months on its lees before disgorgement. No dosage was added, thus a Brut Nature.

100% Chardonnay from the Franschhoek Wine Valley. Whole bunch pressed and naturally settled for 48 hours. Then naturally fermented in old 600 litre French oak barrels and matured in barrel for 4 months. Then bottled to undergo second fermentation.
