Ideal winter conditions with good rainfall contributed to an even growth and provided an excellent foundation. Budbreak was consistently good and even. During harvest time, a cool season and moderate weather conditions resulted in slow ripening grapes, which gave vines the opportunity to develop exceptional favour and colour. Picking of the grapes at their ideal ripening stage contributed to great primary aromas and development of berries to produce outstanding quality.

Fermented in stainless steel – this wine didn’t spend a long time on its skins. Just enough extraction to conjure up the most sensual memories of Tuscany. With only a few months in neutral oak prior to bottling, this wine has weight that punches a lot above its age.
