Lovely served chilled on its own and very enjoyable with summer foods and salads. Pairs well with white meats including chicken, pork chops and turkey as well as fresh seafood. Spices and herbs including parsley, basil, mint, tarragon, fennel and dill. Pairings with softer cheese like goat’s cheese.

Moderate winter conditions with limited rainfall lead to an excellent foundation resulting in even budbreak. Calm winds during season lead to good fruit set and lush canopies. The 2023 harvest was characterised by excessive rainfall and higher humidity levels. White and red cultivars ripened simultaneously and resulted in a challenging harvest. However, picking of the grapes at their ideal ripening stage contributed to great primary aromas and development of berries to produce outstanding quality.

Grapes were de-stemmed, slightly crushed and immediately pressed. Fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine was bottled soon after fermentation to preserve the fruit.
