Moderate winter conditions with limited rainfall lead to an excellent foundation resulting in even budbreak. Calm winds during season lead to good fruit set and lush canopies. The 2023 harvest was characterised by excessive rainfall and higher humidity levels. White and red cultivars ripened simultaneously and resulted in a challenging harvest. However, picking of the grapes at their ideal ripening stage contributed to great primary aromas and development of berries to produce outstanding quality
