The ripening period began slowly in 2022 with a few heat spells in the first few months of the year, the grapes ripened quickly and dropped a bit of their natural acidity. The younger block, planted on sandstone, brings a leaner palate and freshness to the blend, while the older block, on granite, brings more weight, texture, and density.

Whole bunch pressed. Partial natural ferment. Left on lees for 11 months. 50% completed MLF. 13% new oak. Rest in older 500L and 300L barrels.
