ThereafterSO2 added and matured a further 21 months in the same barrels without racking.

Hand picked grapes from 3 vineyards fermented with Shiraz- friendly yeast to express maximum cultivar and vintage character. 28 Days skin contact was allowed and malolatic fermentation was completed in French and American oak barrels where it remained for 3 months without SO2.
