Handpicked from some of our highest lying vineyards, at between 260 and 280m above sea level with Coarse decomposed granite.

Both wines had 6 months of maturation before blending and bottling. No malolactic fermentation was introduced on both wines.

Reductive, hand-picked grapes during the early morning. Pressed and settled in cool conditions. Fermented cold: Sauvignon Blanc in stainless steel tanks. Semillon in used barrels. Both with 2 different yeast cultures.
